1. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated time of delivery for standard packages: 5-10 working days, including packaging.

Estimated time of delivery for large items via carrier: approx. 10-15 working days.

No problem, just contact us and we will send you an individualized programme of the shipping costs. 

4. DELIVERY TIME IN WEEKS

The item may be out of stock but will be ordered as soon as we receive your order. Please understand that delivery times are dependent on production cycles and therefore subject to change. If your shipment is affected, you will be notified via e-mail. You can check your order’s delivery status with us and delivery time.

5. SHIPMENT

For highly valuable shipments, we employ a specialized logistics company.

6. DAMAGES AND COMPLAINTS

Orders are fully inspected before shipping. In rare cases, however, damages may occur during transport. If  you find that any external packaging was damaged during transport, please immediately take pictures of the damaged packaging before opening and notify your courier that you would like to reserve the right to dispute the shipment’s condition before signing.

In case of delivery damages please send us digital photos of the damages via info@allweldsupplies.com along with your invoice number. This way, we can file a proper damage report with our insurance company so you may quickly receive a replacement.
